Customers can’t reach your echowin agent via text yet, but we are in the process of expanding to text, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. Currently, you can launch your agent on phone, web chat, and Discord channels.
However, you can configure your echowin agent to send outbound texts (such as links, forms, confirmations, etc.) to callers when relevant. Additionally, you can set up your agent to send you text messages with summaries of calls, specific customer inquiries, and more.
