Interactive Templates

To make the process of setting up your scenarios easier, we have recently launched our interactive templates library. You can pick from a library of curated templates that you can chat with to create the scenarios you need.

To get started with templates, click on the "Scenarios" tab on your agent's training page. Then click on the "Templates" button on top right.

This will get you into our templates library. Simply click on any template to get started.

Once you start a template, you will notice that Cubie - our AI solutions developer will ask you specific questions needed to create the template. Simply provide the information needed and Cubie will create a scenario based on the template.
