How to embed echowin chatbot to your website

Boost customer support with an AI-powered chat bot directly on your website.

Navigate to chat bot configuration page

Click the connect button on Intelligent Chat Bot in your echowin employee page

 

Configure chatbot settings

Fill in the following details:

  • Bot Name: Enter a name for your chat bot (e.g., "Customer Support")
  • Greeting Message: Set the initial message visitors will see (e.g., "How can we help you?")
  • Website URL: Enter your website's URL (e.g., "https://example.com")

Choose a Color Theme from the available options to match your website's design.

(Optional) Add Quick Suggestions:

  • Click the "Add Quick Suggestions" button
  • Enter pre-defined questions that users can select (e.g., "What are your pricing plans?")
  • You can add up to 3 quick suggestions

 

Obtain the chatbot code

After saving your configuration, you'll be provided with a code snippet. This snippet includes an iframe and a script that handles the chat widget's behavior.

 

Copy and paste the code

Copy & paste the code snippet on the website where you want to embed the chatbot.

Note: Always make sure you add the chat widget code on the <body> of the website HTML so that it displays on all pages of your website.
