6 Steps to Launch Your AI Voice Platform

Step 1: Set Up Your White-Labeled Portal

Everything starts inside your echowin dashboard.

  1. Go to the “Agency” tab and click Configure Portal

  2. Add your agency name (for e.g. Acme Corp)

  3. Connect a custom domain (or use a free unbranded one provided by echowin)

  4. Upload your logo, choose brand colors, and pick light or dark mode

Step 2: Build Your Landing Page and Client Intake Process

You’ll want a landing page where clients can learn about your AI phone services and request a demo or onboarding.

Use any tool you like: Wix, WordPress, Framer, or AI website builders like Lovable.

In our demo during the webinar, we created a simple landing page for restaurants offering “AI Voice Agents for Restaurant Success.” The call-to-action button was connected to a Google Form that asked for:

  • Description of call needs

Once submitted, you receive the intake info and are ready to create a sub-team in your agency portal.

Step 3: Create a Client Team and Launch Their Agent

Inside your agency portal:

  1. Go to the Sub Teams tab

  2. Click “Create Team” and add client info (e.g. XYZ Restaurant)

  3. Choose what access your client should have to the end user portal:

    • Can they edit the AI’s instructions?

    • Can they manage users?

    • Can they view analytics?

    • Can they create agents?

✨ Pro Tip: If you're selling a hands-off solution, you can retain full control and just give them access to visibility and call logs.

You can also preload a template agent: e.g. a restaurant receptionist agent: so they’re up and running instantly for your clients.

Step 4: Train the Agent: Automatically or Manually

  1. Add a short description (e.g. “A restaurant receptionist that handles customer calls”)

  2. Paste the client’s website URL
